Tobacco Control.）。\n      \u003C/p>\n      \u003Cp>\n        1. \u003Cstrong>吸烟\u003C/strong>：长期吸烟的人，得肺癌的几率要比不吸烟的人高好几倍。二手烟其实也一样有害，所以身边吸烟人越多，风险也越大。\n      \u003C/p>\n      \u003Cp>\n        2. \u003Cstrong>空气污染\u003C/strong>：雾霾、工业废气、汽车尾气中细小的颗粒物（PM2.5），长期吸进肺里，容易损伤肺部细胞，引发异常变化。\n      \u003C/p>\n      \u003Cp>\n        3. \u003Cstrong>职业暴露\u003C/strong>：比如长期在矿井、石棉厂、重工业环境工作，部分化学物质（如石棉、铀等）都有可能让细胞慢发生改变。\n      \u003C/p>\n      \u003Cp>\n        4. \u003Cstrong>家族遗传\u003C/strong>：如果家族中有人患过肺癌，后代发病风险也会偏高。部分基因变化正是让肺细胞容易失控的原因之一（Houlston RS, Peto J. Pembrolizumab for the treatment of non-small-cell lung cancer.
